Rajendra Groups – Refund and Payment Policy

At Rajendra Groups, we prioritize transparency and accountability in all financial transactions with our clients. To ensure a smooth and secure process for booking, payments, and refunds, we request all clients to carefully read and understand the following Refund and Payment Policy before making any financial commitments.

1. Token Amount Policy

To initiate the process of booking a property, clients are required to pay a token amount, which acts as a temporary hold or reservation on a specific plot or property. However, this token amount is only valid for 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.

  • If the client does not proceed with the next steps of the booking or fails to make the required payment within these 7 days, the token will automatically become invalid, and the selected property may be released for sale to other interested buyers.
  • No claims or extensions regarding the token amount will be entertained after the expiry of the 7-day period unless specifically approved in writing by authorized company personnel.

2. Mode of Payment

To maintain transparency and legal compliance in all transactions, clients are strictly advised to follow the company’s prescribed payment methods:

  • All RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/DD/UPI (Online) or cheque payments must be deposited directly at the company’s official counter only.
  • It is mandatory to obtain a valid receipt for every transaction made. The receipt must be issued by authorized company personnel and should clearly state the amount received, date of transaction, and plot or property details.

Note:

Any amount paid without obtaining a valid official receipt from the company will not be recognized as a legitimate transaction. Rajendra Groups shall not be responsible for any disputes or losses arising from unauthorized payments or third-party dealings.

3. Refund Policy

At Rajendra Groups, we value our clients’ trust and strive to ensure complete satisfaction. In case of a cancellation or withdrawal request (per company terms), the amount paid will be handled in the following manner:

  • A full refund (100% of the amount paid) will be processed and returned to the client within 45 days of a formal written request, provided the request complies with the terms of the booking agreement and refund eligibility.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation and proof of payment. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment or through official bank transfers.

Please note that processing time for refunds may vary depending on banking procedures or statutory compliance requirements. The company appreciates your patience during this time.

4. Deposit Confirmation and Follow-Up

Clients are expected to update the company office regarding their payment status after 7 days of initial deposit. This helps in maintaining accurate records and ensures that there are no discrepancies in the payment ledger.

  • You must call +91 9919331769 and inform the office of your continued interest and update the payment status.
  • Failing to update your deposit status after 7 days may result in delays in processing or complications in the next steps of your property transaction.

5. Installment Policy and Consequences of Non-Payment

In cases where the property is being purchased under an installment plan, clients are expected to make timely payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • If there is any delay in the payment of installments, the client must submit a written application to the company explaining the reason for the delay and requesting an extension or grace period.
  • In the absence of such a written request, if installments remain unpaid beyond the due date, the company reserves the right to cancel the allotment or transfer the plot/property to another buyer without prior notice.

Important:

In such cases, Rajendra Groups will not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or legal claims arising from the cancellation or transfer of the plot due to delayed or missed installment payments. It is the client’s sole responsibility to maintain regular payment and communication with the company.

6. Company’s Disclaimer and Responsibility

Rajendra Groups conducts all property transactions with utmost honesty and transparency. However:

  • The company will not be held liable for any losses, confusion, or disputes resulting from unauthorized dealings, payments without receipts, or failure to follow the policies mentioned herein.
  • Clients are urged to keep all receipts, agreements, and written correspondence safely and verify payment entries regularly.

7. Final Acknowledgment

By initiating any transaction with Rajendra Groups, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms mentioned in this Refund and Payment Policy.

The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at its sole discretion. All changes will be communicated through official channels and updated in the company’s records.
